With Wintouch Self Service Portal your customers, vendors or other business partners can get service on their own any time at their convenience. They can update and edit data, and get case updates, all without picking up a telephone. With Wintouch CRM, the self service portal can be uniquely customized to fit your companies needs.
Before you can use the self service portal the administrator must complete the required setup. The setup can be described in three stages; the first stage is setting up the Portal Settings, then creating a Portal Registration form, and finally setting the user interface that will be presented to the portal users. Once the self service portal is setup, the users can begin using the portal following registration with Wintouch.
