Wintouch Cache Clearing Process

The best time to clear your cache is when:

1. You notice a problem with Wintouch that is not system wide and makes no sense. Often times, clearing the cache will alleviate the problem.
2. When you update the jar file and only some computers seem to be having difficulty. There is a relatively high probability that clearing the cache will result in a successful correction of the error.
