Wintouch Cache Clearing Process

having old items in the cache. The first step to troubleshooting
a Wintouch problem is clearing the cache. If the problem persists,
then you should ask for further assistance.
There are two types of cache that may need to be
cleared.
I. Java Webstart Cache. (1.5.x and 1.4.x)

Note: Before clearing your webstart cache, please make sure you have the link to Wintouch bookmarked. An example link would be http://www.mycompany.com/wintouch/StartWintouch.html
