Adding the Wintouch Button to Your Microsoft Toolbar

With the Wintouch Button, you can import field values directly from Wintouch with the press of a button. The Wintouch Button will import your recipient list for mail merges from Wintouch to Microsoft Word.

  1. Under the View menu, hover over Toolbars, then Select Customize from the drop-down list.




  2. In the Customize box, Press the New button to add a new toolbar.




  3. In the New Toolbar box, Type WintouchButton in the Toolbar name: field.




  4. You should now find WintouchButton listed under Toolbars. If so, Click on the Commands tab.



  5. In the Customize box, under the Categories listbox, Select Macros, then Click and Drag Normal.NewMacros.WintouchLetterButton to your new toolbar.




  6. With the Customize box still open, Right Click on your new Normal.NewMacros.WintouchLetterButton, then Type WintouchButton in the Name: field.




  7. Again, with the Customize box open, Right Click on your new Wintouch button, Hover Over Change Button Image, and Select .




  8. Press the Close button.




  9. Your Microsoft Word window should now look like this:
