
Adding the Wintouch Button to Your Microsoft Toolbar
With the Wintouch Button, you can import field values directly from Wintouch with the press of a button. The Wintouch Button will import your recipient list for mail merges from Wintouch to Microsoft Word.
- Under the View menu, hover over Toolbars, then Select Customize from the drop-down list.
- In the Customize box, Press the New button to add a new toolbar.
- In the New Toolbar box, Type WintouchButton in the Toolbar name: field.
- You should now find WintouchButton listed under Toolbars. If so, Click on the Commands tab.
- In the Customize box, under the Categories listbox, Select Macros, then Click and Drag Normal.NewMacros.WintouchLetterButton to your new toolbar.
- With the Customize box still open, Right Click on your new Normal.NewMacros.WintouchLetterButton, then Type WintouchButton in the Name: field.
- Again, with the Customize box open, Right Click on your new Wintouch button, Hover Over Change Button Image, and Select
.
- Press the Close button.
- Your Microsoft Word window should now look like this:
