Note: All customization saved by Users will be saved to the User level automatically. Only Administrators have authority to save to different levels.

Saving Customization in the Account Summary Window

The Account Summary Window can be customized by Account Type, thus the Account Summary for a Customer can be customized to display different fields and/or in a different layout than the Account Summary for a Prospect. This feature is useful as your organization likely maintains different information for different Account Types in your database. For example, Credit Limits and YTD Sales fields could be displayed in the Account Summary for Customers but not Prospects for which such fields would be irrelevant.
