Renaming UserLocationSetting.txt

1. On the 400 run the command WRKLNK
2. Find Wintouch.
3. Enter 5 and then press enter.
4. Find your library name WTYOURCOMPANYNAME

5. Enter 5 next to your library name and hit enter.

6. Find the location ID that you would like to change.
7. Enter 5 next to the location name.
8. Place a 7 next to UserLocationSetting.txt and rename. Please do not use .bak in the renaming process.
