Transfer Scheduled Activities (From User to User)

The Transfer Scheduled Activities feature allows an Administrator to transfer activities from one Wintouch User to another. You can access this window from the main Administration menu or the main toolbar icon. This feature can be used if one member of your team is taking over duties from another member of your team. For example, if one of your sales representatives is promoted to Territory Manager, and a new sales rep takes his place, you could transfer all of his old activities to his replacement.

Push Buttons

OK: Use this button to complete the transfer of activities.
Close: Use this button to close the window without completing the transfer.
Help: Use this button to display the online help for the active window.

Transferring Scheduled Activities Window

  1. From the main Administration menu, select Transfer Scheduled Activities or use the toolbar icon.
  2. Select the User to transfer the activities From:
  3. Select the User to transfer the activities To:
  4. Press the OK button.
  5. Wintouch will ask you to confirm the transfer.
  6. When the transfer is complete, a window will pop up with the message: Activity transfer has been completed.
