Transfer Scheduled Activities

The Transfer Activities feature allows the user to transfer activities to another user. The user can transfer a single activity or transfer multiple activities at once. This feature is found in the Daily Activities window. Follow the example instructions below.

1. In the Daily Activities window highlight the activity or activities you wish to transfer and select the Transfer button. To select multiple activities hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on the activities you wish to highlight.

   

2. In the Transfer Activities dialog highlight the user to which you wish to transfer the activities and press OK .
