Preferences Search Tab (Add)

  1. Select and highlight one of the items in the left window pane. For our example we will select Account.

  2. In the Additional Search Window Tabs pane on the right select and highlight an item. With this example we will select AC-Actual close date.

    Note: If you want to select and highlight multiple items, hold down Ctrl on your keyboard and highlight the other items that you wish to select.

  3. Press the Apply button.

  4. Select the Save button at the bottom of the Preference window.

  5. For Administrator users, choose the level to which you want to save your customization and press the OK button.

  6. Select Yes or No depending on whether you wish to continue making changes in the Preferences window or not.

  7. Note: You must log out and log back in to apply the changes.
