Preferences Activity Default (Example)
- From the selection box, choose the selection to which you would like to assign the activity default values. In this example we will use Related to Sales History.

- In the drop-down boxes Category, Activity Type, and Regarding we have selected Administration, Email Out, and Follow Up. After you chose your values press Apply .

- Select the Save button at the bottom of the Preferences window.

- In the Save as dialog choose the level to which you would like to save the setting and select OK.

- Select Yes or No in the following dialog box depending on whether you wish to make more changes in the Preferences window or not.

Note: With this default value you will see these values displayed in the Activity windows every time you schedule or complete an activity from the extended profile Sales History.
