Preferences Activity Default (Example)

  1. From the selection box, choose the selection to which you would like to assign the activity default values. In this example we will use Related to Sales History.

  2. In the drop-down boxes Category, Activity Type, and Regarding we have selected Administration, Email Out, and Follow Up. After you chose your values press Apply .

  3. Select the Save button at the bottom of the Preferences window.

  4. In the Save as dialog choose the level to which you would like to save the setting and select OK.

  5. Select Yes or No in the following dialog box depending on whether you wish to make more changes in the Preferences window or not.

Note: With this default value you will see these values displayed in the Activity windows every time you schedule or complete an activity from the extended profile Sales History.
