Wintouch allows you to connect a Facebook Profile to Accounts and/or Contacts. To use this feature you must include the Facebook ID field in the Account Summary or Contact Summary customization. Clicking on the Facebook icon will open the Facebook Profile in a browser window after you have added the Facebook ID value to the Facebook ID field.
