This window displays a list of the accounts related to the active account. You can open this window by selecting Account from the Account Summary menubar, then Parent Account from the pull-down menu. Clicking any of the headings will arrange the listed accounts according to that heading. Clicking the same heading again will reverse the order of the accounts.
Fields
Parent Relationship Type: This drop-down box is used as a filter to remove all parent relationship types that are not selected. i.e. If the Account Relationship list window has many listings you can select Customer in the drop-down list and Wintouch will remove all other accounts that are not related as a customer.
Child Relationship Type: This drop-down box is used as a filter to remove all child relationship types that are not selected. i.e. If the Account Relationship list window has many listings you can select Customer in the drop-down list and Wintouch will remove all other accounts that are not related as a customer.
Push Buttons
Profile: This button allows you to view and/or edit the relationship profile of the highlighted account. Select this button to open the Account Relationships window.
Add: This button opens up an Account Search window allowing you to search for an account to link as a parent or child to the active account.
Delete: Select this button to delete a parent or a child relationship from the account in the Account Relationships Window.
Open: Select this button to open the highlighted account.
Refresh: Use this button to open the most recent version of this window.
Cancel: This button exits the window without saving any changes or additions.
Help: Displays online help for the active window.
