Wintouch eCRM allows the user to merge and export data from Wintouch into Microsoft Word documents, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, and Email templates for a single account/contact or for a group of accounts/contacts.

Merge Data with Microsoft Word

A user is able to take data from Wintouch (account name, address, contact name, etc.) and merge or export it into a fully formatted Microsoft Word document. The resulting document can then be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the customer. By utilizing this feature your organization can create an unlimited number of form letters (such as purchase orders, marketing letters, cover letters, etc.) with a simple click of the mouse – saving the organization and the user a vast amount of time. Letters can be created for a single account or a mass mailing can be done for a list of accounts.

Merge Data with Microsoft Excel

Wintouch allows the user to create reports for sales forecasts, activity history, etc. using Wintouch and integrated back end data. The user is able to "slice and dice" the database to create a list of accounts as narrow or as broad as you want. The user can then select which data elements they would like to see in their report and export that data to Microsoft Excel.

Email (HTML) Templates

Wintouch also allows the user to create templates in either text format or HTML for the Wintouch Email client. You are able to merge Wintouch data into these pre-formatted Email templates, which can then be sent to the recipient with at the click of a mouse. You are able to send an email to a single customer or conduct a mass email campaign or any combination in between.

Wintouch eCRM can send email based on templates using merge-data fields from the Wintouch or back end database.
