Touchtone Partners with Able-One Systems Inc. to Offer CRM to Canadian iSeries – AS/400 Users

Touchtone recently announced that IBM selected Wintouch eCRM as an alternative CRM solution for the iSeries, now that Siebel has shifted its focus to other IBM eServer platforms. IBM also recently recognized Wintouch eCRM as an iSeries ServerProven® solution.
Peter Paleczny, President of Able-One Systems commented, "We have not seen anything that comes close to delivering the functionality of Wintouch eCRM, especially with the superior connectivity and integration to the iSeries AS/400 platform.
