Touchtone Corporation Announces New Identity Program

July 3, 2001 – Costa Mesa, CA – Touchtone Corporation, a leading developer and publisher of software solutions for the IBM AS/400 operating system, announces a change in their company identity program to update the look and feel of their web site, collateral and other communications vehicles. This change is being made as the company increases its sales and marketing activities in response to growing demand for its products and services as companies hold on to the tried and true IBM AS/400 (iSeries) operating system.

The new logo incorporates a stylized person and globe symbolizing Touchtone's commitment to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) worldwide. The company's flagship product, Wintouch eCRM, is a comprehensive, Web-based software solution for the IBM AS/400 platform.

Wintouch eCRM is specifically designed to assist companies in Customer Service, Sales Force Automation, Contact Management and Marketing Automation. Wintouch is installed on the IBM AS/400 server along with the database that is either shared or integrated with the back-end enterprise or ERP database. Client browsers access the Wintouch server application via the Internet or intranet.
