Press Release: Touchtone Named IBM Premier Business Partner
To receive Premier Partner status with IBM, Touchtone has multiple employees with appropriate certifications in IBM iSeries technologies. These include sales and marketing training in addition to the technical certifications of our programmers and customer service staff.
In addition, Touchtone has submitted customer experiences that demonstrate Wintouch is successfully installed at customer locations running on IBM iSeries hardware with IBM software. Touchtone also must maintain specific revenue levels from verifiable revenue sources (customers actually using Wintouch CRM.)
Touchtone must maintain these revenue levels year over year. Proven customer satisfaction is evaluated by independent third party vendors annually. Software partners that successfully maintain these levels over time are issued invitations to Premier Partnership.
Premier Partnership levels must be re-certified annually and can be terminated at anytime if customer satisfaction levels and technical certifications in IBM technologies are not properly maintained.
